About our lab

Dynamic Design Lab is part of the Department of Electromechanical, System and Metals Engineering within the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at Ghent University. Our mission is to endow physical dynamic systems with improved functionalities and capabilities. We strive to improve the dynamic behaviour of mechatronics & industrial robotic systems by advancing science in the domain of probabilistic dynamic system modelling, nonlinear optimal control and model-based design optimization.

People

We are a multidisciplinary team, eager to interact with passionate colleagues to design sustainable & human centered technology. Our people expertise in modelling, control, optimization & robotic system design.
